Aims of assessment
• To assess the extent of your learning related to critically evaluating evidence and examine policies related to health and wellbeing programmes targeted towards underrepresented individuals and groups in meeting module learning outcomes 1, 2, 3 and 4.
• To follow up from HWB2 and provide further feedback to help develop your self-directed learning.
• To develop your critical thinking and exploration skills towards becoming a collaborative interprofessional Physiotherapist.
Essay format and style
• Expected to be presented professionally with a title, introduction, main body/discussion, and conclusion. Referencing must comply with the Canterbury Christ Church University referencing style.
• Appendix: Summary of your ‘service level’ intervention proposal- this is not assessed but must be included to achieve a pass as it will provide point of reference and background for the essay. The appendix must be no more than one A4 page.
Hints and tips
• To achieve a pass, you must show a satisfactory completion of all sections in the marking criteria. For a high grade you must demonstrate an excellent completion of all sections in the marking criteria.
• You will be graded on how you critically evaluate selected evidence to support your chosen underpinning theories and policies in designing your inter-professional intervention plan.
• To reach higher grades, there should be a clear flowing structure and minimal evidence of errors in your referencing, grammar and spelling.

Any reference to people or place must be anonymised. You must not use the real names of people, places or organisations in your essay. It is acceptable to use pseudonyms (fictitious names) but these must be acceptable to an audience reading a professional document. Any breach in confidentiality could result in failure and fitness to practice proceedings. If you are unsure, please discuss with your module lead.
