This research seeks to explore the impacts of AI on government practices in the digital marketing field. To achieve this objective, the study will use survey research to collect and evaluate a selected data sample. Additionally, the data will help gather valuable insights that are reliable and generalizable. The specific objectives of the study include:
• RO1: To identify the leading AI technologies used by government entities in the digital marketing field.
• RO2: To identify the impact of AI on government practices in the field of digital marketing.
• RO3: To assesses the challenges that government entities face while implementing AI emerging technologies in the digital marketing field.
• RO4: To identify how effective AI adaptation can enhance government entities’ practices in the field of digital marketing.
Research Questions (old)
The primary aim of this research paper is to provide an overview of the impact of AI on government practices in the field of digital marketing. The research thus seeks to answer the following two questions:
• RQ1: What is the impact of AI on government practices in the field of digital marketing?
• RQ2: What are the challenges that hinder government entities from adopting AI technologies in the field of digital marketing?
Related Theory:
The study will use combined elements from the ‘Technology–Organization–Environment (TOE) framework’ by (Tornatzky and Fleischer 1990) and ‘Diffusion of Innovation (DOI) theory by (Rogers, 2003) to guide the research study.

In the background section, explain why UAE is moving towards AI. Mentioned how the environment around UAE is changing and every country is in the competition to control and be a leader in AI. Although UAE is working towards more in AI in different field, the digital marketing field is still not fully looked at.
UAE used to benchmark AI from many countries few years ago, but today UAE started to become the benchmark for other countries by having the first ministry of AI in the world and the first university of AI …. But still, AI in the digital marketing is still not still not fully looked at in the government. AI in the digital marketing is still absent across all government entities.
Today AI is important for digital marketing success.
